Code of Conduct
Once people have signed up at RHCF, they will be required to create a login and password through Mindbody. Once created, they will be able to pre-register for classes to ensure their spot. It is MANDATORY that all individuals who plan on attending classes sign-in beforehand.
Membership freezing is permitted ONLY if it is related to injury concerns. To prove injury status, it is requested that the individual bring in a doctors note to confirm that the individual is to refrain from training for an extended period of time. In such event, the freeze may only be held for a maximum of four months.
Memberships WILL NOT be frozen for leisure travel, work travel, or time concerns.
Monthly Autopay individuals are subjected to minimum 6-month commitments. After such commitment, they are free to cancel their membership at any point.
If you decide to cancel your AutoPay membership, you may only do so AFTER the initial 6-month commitment period. Cancellations require a minimum of two weeks notice.
While there is no “punishment” so to speak for those who arrive late, it is important to note that the class will move on with or without you. It is BEST to arrive early and on time to ensure proper warm-up standards are met which is for YOUR own safety. If coming late, you’re still going to have to run through the warm-up and mobility on your own before catching up and jumping into the WOD.
All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges on the services provided. When one signs up, we’ll be sure to do our part. A Coach will be ready and available for all class times listed on the website. It’s on you to do yours and show up as consistently as you can and put in the work. As previously mentioned, we can “freeze” memberships for injury or health concerns, but up to a maximum of 4-months.
Currently, the ONLY discounts we offer is in regards to FULL-TIME undergrad students and high school students. Students who do qualify will receive 10% off UNLIMITED CLASS packages or Autopays ONLY.
“Shoshin”, which means “beginner’s mind”. Always a white-belt. Be open-minded and come in with the intent to learn.
Pretty simple. You’re here to work-out and train not to mess around
Be respectful of the equipment at hand and our surroundings.
Focus on the task at hand, not the background noise. Being mindful when training is what brings results
We’re here to help and when our feedback is given, it should be welcomed. Our job is to make YOU better. All of our feedback is based on that purpose in mind.
Please keep your t-shirts ON while training. While CrossFit has bred a culture of people working out without their shirts on, we don’t bring that aspect into our culture. Please be respectful of our space and the people around you.
Clean up your workstation after class.
We’re only responsible for 1 hour of your day. It is up to YOU to make the most of the other 23 hours and ensure that you’re doing all that’s necessary to see the physical changes in your well being. We provide great programming, but if you don’t consume quality nutrition, drink alcohol often, lack sleep or hydration, and find yourself stressed often, chances are, you won’t see great results. You MUST commit to the lifestyle to see sustainable lifetime changes
We understand. Kids are at home, bosses might call, the need to leave early. While all may be valid excuses, to us, there’s still no reason to keep your phone by your side and check social media platforms. Class time is 1 hour long. Remove the addictive device and focus on making this hour the best, strongest, and most focused hour of your day. The investment in yourself is worth it.
Respect the coaches and other members. We’re all in this together. Being disruptive shows a great deal of immaturity and a lack of respect.
